trim in place, trim in line, computer-controlled processor, capable of
forming a variety of thermoplastics to include styrenes, vinyls, polyethylene,

Foam
Conversion
Fabricating techniques
in our foam conversion department include sawing, sheeting, contouring,
pressure forming, convoluting, molding, laminating and hot-wire cutting.
All performed on state-of-the-art equipment. We also construct skid assemblies
in our wood shop. With a wide selection of materials, we are able to choose
the type, grade, density and I.L.D. that gives optimum cushioning protection.
These materials include plain or anti-static polyurethane and polyethylene,
cross-linked polethylene foam.
Heat-Sealing Machinery
With our semi-automatic
blister heat sealer, we offer all the advantages of
in-house packaging with none of the drawbacks. Manufatured in our own
facility, this versatile machine is specifically for consumer products,
medical devices and electronic products. It provides low cost tooling,
fast changeover and efficient operation. And we'll even provide start-up
tooling, all at a price you can afford.

Design
Engineering
Our unique
design engineering capabilities allow us to provide customized packaging
to meet every product's special and diverse needs. Through the use of
our CAD-CAM system,
we design the package
to your exact specifications, then create a working model out of wax.
After it's been thoroughly tested and evaluated, a mold is formed in one
of two ways. Depending on the package design, we use either our spray
mold process to make an aluminum casting or incorporate our CAM system
to produce an acrylic mold.
Carded
Packaging
We provide "one-stop
shopping" in carded packaging. In addition to our large inventory
of stock blister configurations, our thermoforming department creates
customized, precision blisters that automatically feed on sealing machines.
We stock a wide variety of PVC, Propionate and PETG in gauges to fit every
packaging requirement.
Printing
& Coating
Our fully-equipped
Printing and Coating department supervises every aspect of production,
from preliminary work to the finished product. We take a package from
the design stage through finished artwork, color separation and plate
making. Then we print and coat on a variety of quality paperboard stocks.
We offer from one-to-four color process printing, front and back, and
post-production imprinting. Our coating lines include heat varnish - all
sheet-fed on our fully-automated equipment. We also create custom formulations
for special applications. As an added service, we supply our coatings
to printers on a strictly confidential basis.
